    Erchonia Lasers Ltd (ELL) are the exclusive supplier of Non-thermal Laser products across Europe, Middle East & Africa for US based manufacturer, Erchonia Corporation and we are seeking a highly driven field sales and business development professional to join our team on a permanent basis.

    This expansive and exciting position targets the sale of lasers into sectors which include medical aesthetic, med-spa, chiropractor/physio/rehabilitation/sports & podiatry and has the realistic earnings potential of £90,000+ in Year 1, growing year on year.

    The primary focus of the role is to sell units and complete sales at or above the approved annual business plan, plus optimise commercial performance of the Erchonia customer base. Travel is required and weekend events such as tradeshows and educational seminars will be necessary as and when in an effort to grow and develop your business area. International travel may also be required to support the EMEA Unit.

    As Sales Manager you will play a key role in helping to formulate longer term business development and marketing plans for Erchonia customers. In addition, you will develop, implement and monitor performance plans and reporting that allows for complete management of your business unit. You will be the “go to” person for your client accounts overseeing all their business needs relating to the products distributed by the company. Creative thinking is encouraged as is taking ownership of the role.

    What We Need From You?

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a consistent record of overachieving targets ideally within the aesthetics and medical industry. You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to build key relationships.

    Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience.

    Due to the nature of the role, it would be preferred that you hold a full UK Driving Licence.
